I offer rejuvenating and deeply nurturing meditation and heart-centred yoga sessions ushering you into a greater state of inner calm and ease, whilst deepening a connection to presence and wholeness.

In my sessions I guide you through a gentle and soul nourishing combination of flow & yin yoga, breath work, deep rest and heart-centred meditation so you can truly embody the true essence of who you are - and live from a place of joyful connected flow.

Jess is an experienced therapist who has worked in both the physical and mental health care fields of wellness for the past 16 years of her career.
