Why work with Jess?

Jess is an experienced wellbeing practitioner, yoga-meditation teacher and occupational therapist specialising in integrative wellness.

She has 15 years experience in the field of mental health care and is a registered allied health professional with AHPRA Australia. She is a fully qualified yoga instructor receiving her training with the Biomedical Institute of Yoga and Meditation.
